The hotel offered a prime location, just a short walk to both the beach and Old Town, which was perfect for exploring Benidorm. I appreciated the daily room cleaning and fresh towels, which kept everything feeling tidy. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options, although it leaned more towards traditional Spanish cuisine, which might not suit everyone's taste. While the food options at the hotel could use some variety, there are plenty of dining alternatives nearby.

Cleaning staff starting early can be quite disruptive!!! Thin walls lead to constant noise from neighbors, making it hard to rest in peace.

The location is excellent for nightlife, just a short walk away from bars and clubs, yet quiet at night for a good rest. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The room is clean, with comfortable beds that make for a relaxing stay.

The air conditioning in my room was a bit inconsistent, which made it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature.

Had a great time with friends! The pool area was perfect for sunbathing, and you can catch fun activities nearby. We also visited the Guillermo Amor Municipal Stadium, which was a highlight. The kids' club sounded great for families, especially during summer.

The bar service was pretty slow, which got annoying sometimes, especially when we wanted to grab drinks quickly.
